Cloyd P. "Bud" Reeg Jr., MAI has been an independent contract appraiser since 1987 specializing in the appraisal of commercial properties. Typical assignments have included office, retail, industrial, apartment and vacant land properties in San Diego County. Other areas serviced include Orange,  Imperial and Riverside Counties.  Although primarily involved with lending institutions for loan underwriting, appraisal work has included appraisals for estate tax purposes, property sales, feasibility, litigation and consulting. Preliminary consulting is available free of charge for prospective clients.

Clear, concise, cogent are the hallmarks of good appraisal reports.  Particular emphasis is placed on  accurate, relevant and applicable data to the property involved.   Reports are designed to accurately reflect the relative risk of a given property and expedite decision-making with total transparency in the appraisal process.

Web links are included in all electronic appraisals for additional zoning information, demographic data, source data, enlarged photos, video clips and other pertinent data.

 

Fee schedules are also based on typical work required for building diagrams and/or floor plans.  Discounts for properties with existing blueprints are made on a case-by-case basis depending on the time/effort saved/needed to measure the building.  Clients are encouraged to provide blue prints and/or diagrams of floor plans to expedite the appraisal process.
